Family and Children's Trust Fund
Since 1986, the Family and Children’s Trust Fund (FACT) has worked to prevent family violence in Virginia. Family violence includes child abuse and neglect, domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and elder abuse and neglect.
Community Services Block Grant
Community action's mission is to address the issues of poverty and to increase the self-sufficiency of low-income families. They offer a broad range of anti-poverty programs and work collaboratively with businesses and other agencies to build a network of support for Virginia's most vulnerable populations.
