Please keep your child home if they have any of the following:

1.  Sore throat
2.  Temperature greater than 100 degrees within the past 24 hours
3.  Vomiting or had diarrhea in the past 24
4.  Impetigo (strep or staph infection on the skin)
5.  Untreated conjunctivitis (pink eye)
6.  Unidentified rash
7.  Severe coughing
8.  Any other contagious disease or circumstance

Please notify me if your child has been exposed to head lice, chicken pox, measles, meningitis or any other contagious disease or condition.

The parent will be called should your child become ill .  Your child will be isolated from the other children in a designated place within the Center.  Your child must be picked up from school within one hour.

Your child may return after they are free of symptoms for 24 hours.
